Any content that any individual (“Contributor”) may post on rgmags.com is subject to the terms below.
Contributor agrees to allow BP Media to publish original articles written by Contributor on rgmags.com website, social media and/or wherever BP Media shall choose. Contributor grants BP Media the exclusive, worldwide right to publish on rgmags.com, and distribute all or a portion of the Posts on any medium, website, social network or anywhere else BP Media shall choose in the future.
Contributor represents and warrants that as a Contributor and true author of the content posted that you have the right to grant these rights; that the Posts are original; that they do not knowingly contain any untrue statements, invade any right of privacy, or infringe upon any statutory or common law copyright or otherwise violate the rights of any third party; and that all statements in the Posts that are asserted as facts are true and/or based upon reasonable research for accuracy.
Contributor agrees to cooperate in the defense of any legal action brought against BP Media from the publication of the Posts. You agree to reveal to BP Media any actual or potential conflict of interest, including but not limited to any financial interest in any product, website, partnership, firm, or commercial venture relating to the subject of the Posts. BP Media reserves the right to remove from rgmags.com any of the Posts that violate its publishing standards, as determined solely by BP Media. BP Media may illustrate the Posts. Contributor grants BP Media the right to edit the Posts for publication.
