A Mixologist's Guide to simple, refreshing summer cocktails

Welcome to the ultimate guide for cooling off with cocktails this summer! As the sun’s rays grow stronger and the temperatures climb higher, there’s no better way to beat the heat than with a perfectly crafted, refreshing drink in hand.

I spoke to Andrew Holmes, Brand Director of Gosling’s, for his thoughts on simple yet sensational summer cocktails, expertly curated to tantalize your taste buds and quench your thirst. He explained his thought process behind them.

“I wanted to create some cocktails that were easy to make at home with ingredients available island wide. Not everyone has the bar tools or the time to make elaborate cocktails that you may see at a bar or restaurant. These cocktails were developed to serve while entertaining or out on the boat.”

Whether you’re lounging by the pool, hosting a backyard barbecue, or simply seeking solace from the sweltering heat, these drinks have you covered. Prepare to elevate your summer sipping experience to new heights. So sit back, relax, and let us whisk you away on a cocktail adventure like no other. Cheers to summer and the art of chilling out in style!
